How drakon Password Reset Works
The drakon password reset process begins on the login page. If you cannot access your account, you click the "Forgot password" link. Our drakon system then prompts you to enter your registered email address or phone number. We cross-check this information against our database. If it matches an active drakon account, we send a reset code to that email or phone.
The reset code arrives within minutes. On drakon, you enter this code into the password reset form along with your new password. Our system verifies the code, updates your password, and logs you out of all active sessions for security. You can then log back in using your new password.
Our drakon reset codes are valid for thirty minutes. If you do not use your code within this window, it expires for security reasons. You can request a new code at any time by returning to the login page and selecting "Forgot password" again.

Password Reset and Account Security on drakon
A password reset does not affect your drakon account balance, your withdrawal history, or your verification status. If you were already verified before the reset, you remain verified. If you had a pending withdrawal, it will continue processing.
